After a prompt response to my job avert, absolute plumbing called me to arrange a suitable time for them to come out and replace my existing shower slider rail. Gordon arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently whilst also explaining the issue with the previous shower slider rail. He also looked at an issue I was having with my bathroom radiator. Massive thank you to Sean and James — they are absolute professionals who are prompt, transparent, skilled and reliable. They fixed the prolonged shower issue (that other plumbing companies either couldn’t fix or provided ridiculous quotes) I had for months with no trouble and provided an efficient solution to the emergency situation with a leaking water tank. Much appreciated and really glad to know there are professional plumbers like them!
Gordon and his work colleague were really friendly and helpful. They tried to identify the source of my kitchen water issue and then provided me with a contact for a specialist who could hopefully resolve the issue. Although they couldn't do the job there input was prompt and useful as they did there best to resolve the problem. I'd definitely recommend their company to friends and family
When Mark came to appraise our bathroom refit, we knew we were dealing with a professional. He listened to our needs, offered suggestions, and identified issues. He assisted in our procurement of fittings with his preferred supplier, who also was very helpful in showing us what was available throughout their ranges.
The job itself went as planned with Mark and his team. They worked really hard. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work, and the finished article - A real professional job.

A leak from my dishwasher caused carpet and floorboards underneath to become wet. The washer to the dishwasher was replaced and this fixed the problem. Was given advice on how to dry out the floor. A very professional job completed promptly. David B
